young adolescents!
Do you know a team of teachers, parents, administrators, or community members that is making a positive impact in the lives of young adolescents?
Is the team working together to focus on student achievement or connecting young adolescents with their community?
Teams That Make a Difference is an awards program that recognizes outstanding teams whose work improves the education and well-being of young adolescents. Jointly sponsored  by Pearson Prentice Hall and National Middle School Association, this annual program awards two grand prizes, which include a $5,000 cash award.
