Listed below are features designed to increase the success of your organization’s exhibit. With an anticipated 2,000+ attendees, the NELMS Conference remains the premier educational conference in New England and the largest regional middle school event in America. For 2009 we are planning to offer...

The exhibit area on the ballroom level of the RICC to bring the exhibits closer to ongoing conference events.
Incentives to draw attendees into the exhibition area, such as the new NELMS Chit for Chat Station, a reduced cost exhibitor sponsored refreshment cart.
Opportunities to bring your organization’s name and message to the attention of conference attendees, such as the NELMS Raffle Ticket Auction.
NELMS has established an Exhibitor Advisory Group. It is our hope that this new group will better meet the needs of both exhibitors and attendees.

We Still Offer

Advertising Opportunities in various NELMS Publications. Exhibitors can advertise in our Annual Conference program book, Mid Lines, or Journal. Call Steve Nicholas at NELMS for further information.
The Virtual Exhibit Hall gives NELMS Members the opportunity to view your products and services via our website throughout the year, not just during NELMS Annual Conference. Click here for an Exhibit Hall contract.
Sponsorship opportunities: Exhibitors can gain additional exposure by sponsoring an Annual Conference event (such as a reception, dance, speaker or dinner) or product (such as tote bags, door prizes or morning coffee). Call NELMS for more information.
Workshop presentation opportunities: Registered exhibitors are invited to submit a presentation proposal to fill one of several workshop slots reserved for vendors. Please visit our web site or call us for a presenter proposal.
Raffle Opportunities: You can enhance visibility by sponsoring an item at our chance raffle. This item can be a product, service, company gift certificate, or one of many other options.

NELMS is making available address lists of Annual Conference registrants via email with an Excel spreadsheet attached. Lists are available 10 days before the 2009 Conference or 14 days after the 2009 Conference for $275. Use the exhibit contract form to order.

Remember: Exhibit booths are available on a first come, first served basis. Sponsorship placements have priority and then by the date an exhibit contract with payment is received.
