Managing student behavior is a persistent task for middle school educators. This workshop addresses the interpersonal dynamics associated with classroom management. Teachers' psychological/affective tendencies related to behavioral stressors will be examined to neutralize the impact of disruptive student conduct on personal satisfaction. Proactive strategies are illustrated to maximize teacher wellness and long-term career productivity.
